You pick finishes with a designer beside you. We schedule materials and trades around delivery dates and keep you living in your home for as long as the work allows.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the room, how much the layout changes and the finishes you choose. After the first visit we measure, design the space and present a budget with the proposal, then adjust it with you until it fits. Allowance packages let you customize your selections while staying inside that number.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. 345 Design & Construction is a licensed and insured general contractor serving Eastern North Carolina.
Will I have to move out during the work?
Usually not. We schedule materials and trades around delivery dates and plan the work so you can stay in your home for as long as possible. If a stage will make a room unusable for a while, you will know before it starts.
Do you help with picking finishes and fixtures?
Yes. Designers on staff walk you through every selection, from cabinets and tile to lighting and hardware, and you review 3D renderings of the space before anything is ordered.
What warranty comes with the work?
The products and materials we install carry their manufacturers' warranties. Ask Mike about the warranty on any specific product while we are putting the proposal together.
Do you build new homes?
Yes. New home construction is the newest service, with architects, engineers and contractors working from the first concept through the finishing touches, and allowance packages so you can customize the home within your budget.
